Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium grant is additional school funding based on school census figures for pupils registered as eligible for Free School Meals, Ever 6 (children who have been in receipt of FSM within the last 6 years), Looked After Children / Adopted Children and Children whose parents are currently in the Armed Forces.

Our pupil premium strategy aims to ensure this funding is used in a targeted and evidence-informed way to address identified barriers to learning. We focus on high-quality teaching, targeted academic support, and wider strategies such as attendance, wellbeing, and enrichment opportunities. By carefully tracking progress and adapting support where needed, we aim to reduce gaps in attainment and progress, ensuring that pupils eligible for pupil premium achieve outcomes that are in line with, or better than, their peers.
