If you are having problems with Learning Platform access, it could be due to Internet Explorer.  Please check that you are using at least version 6 and preferably version 7 or 8.

To do this open Internet Explorer, click on the help icon (blue question mark) on the right hand side, as shown in the picture, and select 'About Internet Explorer'.

A small box will open, the title will tell you your version.
